Who needs an estate plan?

What is a living trust, and do I need one?
A living trust is a legal arrangement for managing assets during your lifetime and distributing them according to your wishes. A properly funded trust can help assets pass without probate. Heidi can help you decide whether a revocable or irrevocable trust is appropriate for your situation.
What is probate?
Probate is the court-supervised process of administering an estate after someone dies. It can include validating a will, addressing debts, and distributing assets. Whether probate is needed depends on the assets and how they are held.
Can you review or update my existing estate plan?
Yes. The firm offers review and amendment of existing documents. Changes in your family, property, or wishes can make it useful to revisit your trust, will, powers of attorney, and advance health care directive.
Do you accept legal insurance?
